Term 13. Generative Artificial Intelligence
Generative Artificial Intelligence is the most promising method of deep machine learning, in which a neural network studies an array of big data, for example, photographs, videos or text on a certain topic, and then uses the information received to create its own unique content.
Today, according to experts, the capabilities of generative Artificial Intelligence systems have virtually no limits. They are able to quickly create new unique content, ideas, conversations, stories, scripts, works of art in the style of famous writers, works of fine art in the style of famous artists, videos and music in the style of famous composers from different eras34.
Generative Artificial Intelligence is based on basic machine learning models pre-trained on big data. A prime example of a basic model is the GPT model. It is a large language model (or, as they say, a family of neural network models) specifically designed to solve language problems such as summarization, real-time text generation, classification, open-ended questions and answers, and information extraction. The advent of GPT models marked a turning point in the widespread adoption of machine learning, as the technology can now be used to automate and improve a wide range of tasks, from translating texts into various languages, to writing blog posts, creating websites, visual effects, animation, etc. writing software code, analyzing data and creating intelligent voice assistants. The value of these models lies in the speed of their work and the directions in which they can work35,36.

Unlike the swarm intelligence of bees or ants, which perform similar tasks independently, agents can collaborate to perform many different specialized tasks. A system in which many independent agents interact to solve a complex problem is called multi-agent. In a multi-agent system, the group intelligence exceeds the intelligence of each individual agent.
