Cilt 160 sayfalar
This book was first published in 1896 and is a description by the British author, J. Ewing Ritchie, of his
time spent in Canada. He sailed to Quebec aboard 'The Sarnia' a screw-steamer that ran regularly
from Liverpool to Quebec. His writing is engaging and open, conveying the essence of what he saw
and experienced with immediacy. He traveled across the entire width of Canada, eventually returning
to London aboard the Assyrian Monarch from New York after more than two years.
