About the book
The book gives a general energy-informational idea of the nature of the Cosmos, subtle worlds and beings, describes a completely new theory, which gives a general approach to understanding philosophy, psychology, political science, physics and other fundamental sciences, to understanding religions, mystical teachings and yoga. The energetic structure of the world (the structure of energy, quanta, electrons); the nature of invisible beings, humans and gods; and the laws of society are considered.
Practically all the material is published for the first time and has no analogues, it is designed for those who are looking for a complete picture of the world and scientific grounds for existing spiritual processes and phenomena.

Introduction
Sooner or later any of us thinks about the meaning of life, in general, and our own life in particular. Everyone has an individual meaning, corresponding to his or her personal destiny and karmic tasks. To understand it and consciously choose goals in life, it is necessary to have an adequate understanding of the surrounding world and the place of man in it. The existing theories and teachings have not yet given a unified approach to understanding everything that is going on. Indicators of the failure of these approaches are either the limitations of their possible application, or the presence of paradoxes, or the use of words like «unknowable and «indescribable». These negative characteristics arise when the criteria of scientific rigor — completeness, consistency and evidence — required for any theory are violated.
A general theory claiming to be true must be capable of describing any manifestations and must not contain any paradoxes, since everything in nature is subject to the laws of the cosmos. Such a theory must logically clearly derive all definitions from the same general premises. The inability to understand or describe something is an indicator of the limitations of theory and consciousness.
In this theory all the mentioned drawbacks are completely absent. Based on the general energy view of the nature of the Cosmos, the description of the structure of energy and its characteristics, a general approach is given to the understanding of both philosophy, psychology, sociology, physics and other fundamental sciences, now opposed, as well as to the understanding of religions, mystical teachings and yoga.
This theory is one of the bases of the doctrine of Human Development, described also in other books of the author. The difference between the doctrine and the theory is that the doctrine covers all aspects of human life and the Cosmos in their interrelation and provides a method of self-development. The concept of the energetic nature of the Cosmos and consciousness, knowledge of the laws of their development allow to determine with a high degree of accuracy the state of human consciousness and to calculate the results of its transformation in conscious and unconscious development.
What is the purpose of development as such and what place should it occupy in human life? Familiarity with this theory with mathematical precision shows that development and service is the main purpose of any human being. Such a conclusion is based on the analysis of the knowledge about man and the Cosmos, which people have been striving for thousands of years, obtained largely for the first time. Firstly, it is the energetic structure of the world, starting from the structure of energy itself, quanta, electrons, the energetic nature of matter, field interactions and ending with Cosmos, Metacosmos, Prime Matter, Creator and Void. Secondly, this is knowledge about the energetic nature of invisible beings, gods, man himself, brought to the description of thought structures — the basic units of consciousness. Thirdly, it is knowledge about the laws of society and the possibilities of increasing the efficiency of one’s life through the disclosure of abilities.
This theory is obtained with the help of special techniques, satisfies all criteria of scientific rigor and is constantly tested on the consciousness of the author and other participants of the process. It has allowed to remove all basic, from existing, scientific paradoxes and contradictions between science, religion and mystical teachings.
On the basis of this theory, a methodology has been developed to assess with a high degree of accuracy all the main spiritual, intellectual and energetic characteristics of individual consciousness, level of development and statuses. A complex method of rapid conscious development of a person by levels through information, reflection, self-infusion, meditation, physical exercises and organization of life has also been developed, which allows increasing the effectiveness of collective and individual activities several tens of times. Almost all the given material is published for the first time and has no analogues, it is designed for people with a high spiritual and intellectual level.
We hope that the ideas presented here will give you the opportunity to better understand the reality around you and realize your purpose.
AUTHOR
Chapter 1. General theory of Human and Cosmos development
1.1. Basic Concepts
• Everything that exists is energy.
• The basic characteristics of energies are their levels.
• Level — the strength of the possible impact of the energy.
• Cosmos is the prime matter, the Absolute, and the system of universes.
• Pervomatter — energies from levels 1 through 24.
• Absolute — energies from levels 25 through 44.
• Matter are some of the energies of level 17.
• Human — depending on the level of development consists of energies from the 17th to the 24th level.
• The concepts of energy, prime matter, the cosmos, the Absolute, the universe system, and the of man — form the basis of the general theory of the development of man and the Cosmos.
1.2. Energy
• Energy — consists of the primal elements, the basic quanta, and the quantum basis.
• Characteristics of energies — level, purpose, qualities, structure, state and spatio-temporal characteristics.
• When energies interact — there are 8 types of reactions.
• The description of the characteristics of the elements of energies, the energies themselves, their structures and laws — is dealt with by the theory of the structure of energies.
• Describing the types of energy interactions and their laws — is concerned with the theory of energy interactions.
• The description of laws and mechanism of creation of energies — is engaged in the theory of structure energies.

1.3. Space
• Cosmos — consists of primordial matter, the Absolute, the system of universes, universes, galaxies, star systems, celestial bodies, energy and quantum spaces, elements and beings.
• The laws of the cosmos are the laws of energy transformation.
• The development of the Cosmos — according to the laws laid down in the ideas of its creation.
• Describing the energy structure of the Cosmos and the laws of interaction of its parts — is the theory of the energy structure of the Cosmos.
• The description of the laws of the Cosmos presented in the form of a tree of thoughts by levels — is dealt with by the theory of the laws of the Cosmos.
• Describing the laws of development of the Cosmos — is engaged in the theory of development of the Cosmos.

1.4. Space and time
• Space and time as such do not exist.
• Spatial and temporal characteristics — arise from the effects of the energies involved.
• The Void or Nothing corresponds to the absence of any energies.
• The description of the structure of the energies of space and time and the laws of their effects — is dealt with by the theory of the energetic nature of space and time.
• Describing the laws of interaction of space and time energy with objects, processes and consciousnesses — is engaged in the theory of space and time manifestations.
• Describing the space-time structure of the Cosmos, Metacosmos, Pramatter and the Creator is dealt with by a unified theory of space and time.
1.5. Consciousness
• Consciousness is a function of specially organized energy of level 17 and above.
• The development of beings is the development of their consciousnesses.
• Units of consciousness are thought structures.

• Describing the general laws of the structure and mechanism of work of the consciousnesses of beings — is the theory of the energetic nature of consciousness.
• Describing the general laws of the development of beings, their levels and statuses-is dealt with in the theory of the development of beings.

1.6. Human
• Human being — consists of consciousness, Spiritual being, essence, body, capsule and spirit.
• Human consciousness — consists of chakras, channels, flows and free energies of consciousness.
• Human-Cosmos interaction — the exchange of energies and information by means of flows and channels through consciousness, Spiritual being, essence, bodies, capsule and spirit.
