Voltaire's Romances, Complete in One Volume

The following book is a collection of Voltaire's works including his romances and philosophical fictions. He was a French Enlightenment writer, historian, and philosopher; famous for his wit, and his criticism of Christianity—especially the Roman Catholic Church—and of slavery. This volume includes a short story entitled 'Pleasure in Having No Pleasure' featuring characters from his magnum opus, Candide. Other noteworthy titles written by Voltaire that are included in this work are 'Micromegas' and 'The White Bull'.
