Probably, with the further development of the described processes, transitions to hydrogen, neutron, electron, etc. varieties of charge carrier interactions take place, depending on the specific conditions of the environment. Therefore, with such dynamics of events, both hydrogen and helium reactions and any other elements of matter can be easily carried out in the bowels of planets.

And then, it is very possible that extinct stars become planets that are certainly captured by other star systems. But over time, in the process of decay reactions of matter with cycles of billions of years, they may well turn into a star again. Isn't it amazing, that many different vortices of electric fields are capable of not only creating uniform structures of vibration systems on the principles of electricity and magnetism, but also to constantly interact with each other and the matter of space itself, absorbing or dissolving in it, using the tools of synthesis and decomposition of matter? This, obviously, is the main mechanism for the emergence of stars, planets and all forms of matter in the Universe.

It seems that the entire biological system on Earth, especially human civilization, was "summoned" (as an "idea") by the controlling magnetic field from outside the surrounding space, by the very Nature of the planet. Which for billions of years has created the appropriate conditions for generation, accelerating, like a catalyst, the necessary chemical processes everywhere. When solid objects containing many stable elements at the dawn of the formation of the Solar System decayed into simpler substances, for example, hydrogen and helium, with the sole "goal" – the creation of "gas giants", the composition of which is still close in content to the star that gave rise to them. Probably, at the end of their life cycles, these planets will also turn into stars.

Then is it true that the whole process of the development of the planetary system comes down to the growth of its planets with the transformation into "gas giants" in order to ignite the next "Sun" in a certain cycle of "life" vibrations of each of them? As an exact copy of the Sun's own? With the creation of its own planetary systems and the subsequent rejection from it, as the completion of the full period of oscillations of the system. But all these phenomena are possible only inside it, from the "navel" of the star, in the presence of invariable control over the development of its system from the birth to the ignition of each of its "children". It turns out that wandering planets do not become stars, but fall into a kind of "Oort cloud".

Here we come to consider one of the most interesting topics of this study. I have always been haunted by the question of the possibility of manufacturing a fairly simple and affordable cold fusion reactor. Why does humanity all over the world go to solve this problem in the same way, when experience shows that any problem has several solutions? I believe that this is wrong and reckless. Therefore, I propose for your consideration a completely different approach to the subject. The design of the reactor itself is quite simple and is based on the knowledge of the emergence of any forms of matter as vortices of vibration systems, as dipoles from Neutronium to Coronium (see Fig. 33). The process is spontaneous, which accelerates more and more intensively and does not depend on human influence. Because you need to learn how to control artificial vortices. But you can always interrupt the course of events.

So, the central rod is made of graphite, at the ends of which magnet plates with through holes in the center are fixed, like "poles". A coil with a planetary three-way winding is wound on a graphite rod, the ends of which are connected to magnets. A graphite-core coil can be replaced with a neodymium magnet rod, but through holes must be provided outward. The outer sphere of the body should be a detachable thick glass (quartz) with four tangential through air flow guides evenly spaced in the plane in the middle between the poles. Where a graphite separating disc with a hole in the middle is installed strictly in the center of the sphere. The inner casing is made of the same material as the disc and consists of two truncated hemispheres with holes in smaller diameters, rigidly fixed on both sides to the separator disc in its axis. It is allowed to assemble the hemispheres of the inner casing to the middle disk of the reactor with truncated diameters to each other, in the form of an "hourglass". To start the reactor, concentrators of diametrical charges are used, which are removed from the surface of their magnetic systems by a powerful stream of artificial vortices, and pumped into the outer sphere. The installation of the upper casing for collecting and directing diametrical charges from the outer surfaces of the poles of both hemispheres of the reactor to the inside is encouraged. Over time, when a certain density of charges of the formed vortex electric field around the inner reactor vessel is reached, a magnetic field appears, which will grow. At some point, when the charges begin to flow entirely from the environment, the vortex will become self-contained. The installation of artificial charge inflating can be turned off. You will notice how a flow of cold air is formed from the reactor core outward to the poles more and more steadily with a simultaneous increase in the temperature of the medium in the center of the inner vessel. Both phenomena pass with a steady increase in the intensity of their vortices. The process can be interrupted by lowering a "Faraday cage" onto the structure. The influx of charges from the outside will weaken sharply and the reactor will gradually stop.

Of course, there is a possibility of a more efficient and powerful device if toroidal (spherical) coils with an electric current are used directly to create ring spiral streams of charges. Or pipelines with gas (liquid), or fiber optics with electromagnetic (light, laser) sources. Instead of the originally proposed injection of charges (ions) into the reactor with the help of vortices of atmospheric air (gas) of a certain humidity. But, curiously, this is exactly how everything works in nature.

In addition, it should be borne in mind that the phenomenon of cold thermonuclear fusion, which is launched in this reactor at the first stage at fairly "low" temperatures with the release of a huge amount of energy, is rather based on the dominance of the processes of decay of the nuclei of atoms of matter into simpler elements, which subsequently spontaneously develop into the mode of synthesis of heavier elements. Probably, this is where the dominance of the development of cold thermonuclear ends. Because the process turns into a state of hot thermonuclear fusion. Is it possible to limit the capacity of the plant and control the process in stages? I think this is easy to do by controlling the flow of charges from the outside.

In this case, what happens to the radiation, for example, of light? Agree, when you hear such sayings as: "dense interstellar matter, which is generally opaque to sunlight", there is nothing to say at all. Do we not observe the surrounding external world only due to the properties of reflection and refraction of the visible spectrum of electromagnetic waves? Can our visual organs imprint the light reflected from elementary particles, from Neutronium, from Coronium? The medium of interstellar matter is "opaque" to light not because it is so dense – this is obvious. Because the environment of the cosmos is the surrounding space in which all bodies interact, including in the spectra of radiation invisible to us.

Where there are no space objects at considerable distances, it is indeed possible that anomalies exist in interactions with the "subtle" matter of a particular zone. Which is a priori denser in its microstructure of "zero" vortices. Probably, such gigantic clusters of it in the Universe are far from rare. Because these environments are colder than those that are "habitable" with more complex structures of objects, as well as the very forms of these objects, their internal environment. And this is clearly seen when you understand the stages of formation not only of the structures of elementary particles or atoms, but also of stellar systems (see Fig. 34). Does it follow from all of the above that any object in space, as a form of lower density, as a result of endless reactions of decay and synthesis, including the "subtle" matter of space itself, constantly and periodically interacting with the matter of the surrounding environment, absorbs the energy of space? In this case, if a dipole, for example, of a star, a planet or an atom, is built from the primary medium of the composition "Neutronium" and "Coronium", then it is quite possible that the nuclei of all these forms of vibration systems consist of the same primordial densest environment of the environment, in which the conditions for their generation arose, as their internal environment. That is why they remain the basis of their structure even after billions of years, replenishing their needs by capturing charges from the outside. That is why the nuclei of any form of matter are denser and hotter than the rest of their systems.

Does this mean that the single magnetic field of the environment around any form is a certain total value of the interactions of charges of all objects of the matter of space itself? And, if this is so, then any magnetic field in space is vortex when its lines of force are always closed from one pole of the dipole to the other. Because their source is an electric current. And we already know that there is no such independent magnetic charge as a "magneton". And the structure of the magnetic field line itself consists of a "spiral" of counter vortices of opposite charges, which is absolutely true for vibration systems consisting of several dipoles of different shapes. Exactly the same closed lines of force arise perpendicular to the direction of movement of electric current along the conductor.

That is, the emergence and presence of a magnetic field is the result of the interaction of electric charges, and, therefore, it is also vortex. On the other hand, a constant magnetic field originates around a conductor with a constant electric current. Does this mean that it, in turn, is not able to create an electric current? Otherwise, the acceleration of one dipole relative to another must necessarily be present.

And if this is so, then why can't the counter movement of direct currents of opposite charges within the structure of the magnetic field line be fully called "alternating current"? When in fact it is, like two currents in one cycle of oscillation. Therefore, it is important to remember that the lines of force in dipoles are built with currents that are "unchanging" in time throughout.

Is it possible that electric vortices affect the matter of space not only by creating a vibration system of the dipole, but also interact with the electromagnetic fields of the environment? When the density of the lines of force of any shape of an object depends on the intensity of rotation of the vortices of its charges. Which trigger a series of processes of splitting external waves of electricity and magnetism into ever higher frequencies of vibrations in order to perceive them by even smaller structures of their own dipole. In the entire required frequency spectrum. Each time you twist the spiral of the charge vortex on each field line, as well as the magnetic field spiral around the line of electricity intensity, you always do it. This means that if there are electric fields of the matter of the environment, then the general magnetic field is definitely present. Otherwise, if there are at least two dipoles (objects) in the medium, then the magnetic field necessarily arises as a result of their interaction in space. And it changes with the change in the intensity of their overall electric field.

Consequently, interacting with each other in space, single "zero" vortices ("Newtonians") form dipoles as a single electromagnetic field. In other words, any vibration systems that create a common vortex also induce individual vortex electric fields, of which there are many and of varying intensity, and which immediately form dipoles. Which, interacting with each other, like the matter of the environment, line up in various mobile forms of the most bizarre architecture and ultimately form a common magnetic field of the environment. As a single dynamic and pulsating "result" of the process of interaction of matter due to the presence of a charge gradient in space.

I can admit that our reasoning about the structure of dipoles is quite unequivocally confirmed by the images of the Fermi satellite in the gamma-ray range (see Fig. 35). Around the center of our galaxy, two regions of heated gas are clearly visible towards the poles, like vortices of charges. As well as the flows of ionized gas charges or vortices of "Fermi bubbles" "creeping" from the hemispheres to the galactic equator zone are clearly visible. Understanding the numerous information from various researchers as the probability of the presence of a massive "black hole" in the center of the galaxy, it can be assumed that the source of this energy (rightly indicated by us earlier in the nuclei of any dipoles, as well as galaxies) comes from the processes of thermonuclear fusion, which in this phase of the development of the cosmic structure has grown into its opposite – the "black hole". Which in the end (as we discussed earlier), having been "saturated" with charges from the outside, will certainly "shoot" them into space, as the initial "proto matter" and everything will begin again (and again) with the construction of many dipoles and the transition to the mode of thermonuclear fusion of matter.

Does this mean that, after all, "black holes" exist in dipoles everywhere, both in the micro and macrocosm? When colossal atomic energy is extracted from the nuclei of the atoms of matter at the moment? It is obvious that the facts of creating external conditions for the involvement of charge carriers in dipoles in the phase of triggering the modes of thermonuclear processes are indeed present in nature ‘en masse’.

Moreover, both "cold" and "hot". But this does not mean at all that the next stage of electromagnetic interactions in these events is the formation of zones of "collapse" of matter. When all motion in principle ceases and the initial dense medium of the subtlest primordial (primordial) "proto matter" of the "zero" single vortices of "Newtonians" and "Coronii" appears, everywhere and cyclically throughout space.

But in dipoles, the principles of interaction between vortices and the medium are very similar, regardless of their size, whether it is a glass of water or the arms of a galaxy. Remember the figures of polyhedral at the bottom of the glass. Do not the fractures in the straight lines of the arms of any spiral galaxy remind you of the halves of the various "Platonic figures" scattered through space? (see Fig. 36) This means that these straight lines are the result of the interactions of counter vortices flows on the periphery and in the axis of the resulting dipole of electric charges, which are the main "material" for the construction of such structures.

If we approach our planet classically, then from the North Magnetic Pole (any dipole) ions of matter (charges) are transferred to the South Magnetic Pole along the lines of force, forming vortex spiral flows of alternating current electric fields. Where, probably, negative particles predominate, as a result of which at the poles, for example, of the geographical "North", a trough of the earth's surface (ocean) is formed, and at the "South" – the continent, as an "influx" of matter. How fair are such events? Inversion of the "torus" of the planet? Or does it happen with every dipole? In this case, its fundamental principle of symmetry must be violated. Or, such an effect is exerted only on planetary (space) objects.

Then it is quite real that the copying of any vibration system in its own image and likeness, development and changes as a predestination, as division, reproduction and existence itself under the influence of control fields from outside space – all these are the processes of self-purification of the structure, as the self-restoration of its individual spectrum of radiations of a given form.

And, therefore, its atoms, elementary particles, molecules, cells, etc., in the process of the entire period of oscillations of the system, as the life of not just one object, but the entire "genome" of the structure of a single dipole. Regardless of what external influences have changed its internal structures, because only the living conditions dominate in the control of any mutations and try to preserve the functionality (purpose) of the object always.

In this case, there is a constant balancing of the composition and quantity of this or that determining value for the preservation of the necessary properties, phenomena, populations, materials, etc. Does it follow from this that all, for example, "living" organisms are able to restore or replace certain necessary chemical elements in the process of life in their habitat? By transforming some elements into others directly in the system of your own body? You will be surprised, but this is exactly how everything happens in nature.

Because the environment is in constant motion. An external factor, for example, on Earth, necessarily corresponds to a specific period of the cyclical course of the system in the galactic circle. When each turn of the spiral stubbornly throws the planet into periodically changing and repeating events almost once every 26,000 years with each reversal of the poles of the magnetic field. With the corresponding dominance of one or another component of charges in the environment of space. In this case, does all this mean that there is always a strictly defined series of electromagnetic influences not only on the embryos of nascent biological life on Earth, including already developing individuals and even communities, but also on the structures of their atoms, molecules, cells, etc. As a code, a programming language from outside their systems, in its strict sequence of signals in various combinations of the passage of constellations in the firmament, the intensity of their influence on objects in a given period of events in the environment, etc. And this is undoubtedly true. And archaeologists confirm not only the cyclicality, but also the changes that occur in these cycles in their periods of events.

And, therefore, the constellations, no matter how much anyone would like to believe in it, unequivocally have an impact on the formation of the nascent biological fetus and on its development, and even on everything that surrounds it. And the "creations" of life in their capabilities and abilities are unequivocally different, as well as the spectra of radiation from the external electromagnetic fields of space and their intensity during a particular event in different zones of the trajectory of the galactic year of the Solar System. Believe me, these influences certainly leave their "trace" in the "genome code" of any dipole and are fixed in their magnetic field memory forever, as a control signal.

And the imperfection of astrology, as a science in a particular country, depends only on its bearers. Constellations definitely have a huge impact not only on individuals, but also on entire nations and civilizations. And this needs to be investigated in order to predict the course of events in the future. Because all these are the conditions of a changing environment, the effects of which are decisive in all phenomena on Earth, including the climate. Then, each person, completing his mortal path, is in fact a tiny part in the thousand-year history of the tree of the common genome of his own family, his own people (nation), and, as a result, of all mankind. This is undoubtedly identified in all other terrestrial structures of elementary particles, atoms, molecules of various species of plants and animals. As a species tree, which is preserved in its development due to "branches" (mutations) from a single individual, it adapts and grows in a changing environment for as long as possible as a result of interactions with the external environment of the environment, which this tree is increasingly conquering, or, on the contrary, degrading and disappearing. Becoming the raw material (energy) for other, more successful species or communities.

In any case, the genotype of any individual, as the memory of the development of any species, as well as of any structure of the vibration system, even the cells of an organism, contains all the information about the generic genome. This allows us to assert the highest probability of the revival of any kind with appropriate requests from the outside of space, as conditions for the reconstruction of a specific architecture of objects with certain functions and properties.

Does this mean that the material of the genotype of the past does not disappear, but remains not only in the form of information in its dipole structures of objects, but also as a "basis" (foundation) for the subsequent build-up of constant changes in the growth and reproduction of generic individuals, which forever becomes an integral part of symbiosis in the environment? In essence, this phenomenon is very similar in content to the formation of numerous coral reefs.

In this case, if electricity is the source of the formation of magnetism, which, as we know, establishes a certain order of interaction of charges (their movement along the lines of force) inside and outside the system (controls as the memory of the electric field), then any electric dipole that originated initially from a vortex of charge tends to form a magnetic dipole. As the memory of the control link in a single electromagnetic system. And this is true. An example of this is the appearance of isotopes of various elements, where the proton, increasing its own magnetic field, turns into a neutron, as the memory structure of the nucleus of an atom. Of course, all of us, as part of the biosphere, strengthen the Earth's magnetic field with our structures of common dipoles. At the same time, biological dipoles, unlike minerals, are capable of moving along the surface of a single "dipole of the Earth", as well as grouping in certain zones, which, under external influence, creates conditions for the synthesis (reproduction) or disintegration (death) of entire communities, species of plants or animals in certain places on the surface (in the ocean).

Perhaps in order to strengthen this or that charge, as a source of interaction of the magnetic field with the matter of the environment outside the environment in the interests of the entire structure of the planet.

When the Earth similarly changes its own protective field, as an instrument of long-range interaction through the lines of force of the general magnetic field. This allows it to react in a timely manner to external changes when passing through the galactic path of the entire Solar System. All this is extremely necessary for the appropriate positioning of any structures of the planet in space (see Fig. 37).

Does this mean that the purpose of the entire biosphere of the Earth (plankton, plants, animals, birds) is reduced, among other things, to the role of mobile flows of charges (dipoles) capable of mobile mass displacements or huge accumulations of the corresponding gradients of tension, both in the sea and on land, in different hemispheres of the Earth. When the planet is able to manage these migrations by creating certain conditions of drought, fires, floods or rains. Probably, in this way, influencing the moment of its own rotation in interaction with fields from the outside, controlling the density of the lines of force of its magnetic field in a particular zone of the surface, in a particular period of vibration (season), as a structure synchronized with the general planetary and galactic systems. This includes volcanic activity, the influence of the Moon, solar magnetic storms, and many similar phenomena. And this is obviously true.

Then, not only the migrations and movements of all earthly living creatures become completely natural, but also their seasonal attachment to the ancestral territories. It is known that the synthesis of new elements, as well as the appearance of previously unprecedented phenomena, occur in the zones of transformations of magnetic field lines. Such as, for example, the equator, poles, natural or artificial anomalies, etc. And it is difficult to disagree with this. Of course, the planet has many other tools – these are ocean currents, atmospheric vortices, geological activity, etc. But each of these phenomena each time acts strictly in its zones of influence and interacts both inside and outside the unified system for a specific purpose under the external control of the fields of space.

Therefore, if humanity finally unites and, using all its knowledge and experience, will be able to understand all the mysteries of electromagnetic interactions in the environment of its planet of residence and outside it, then it is quite predictable that we will be able, without losing our own atmosphere and magnetic field, not only to travel in the Universe, but also to control the trajectory of our Earth. And this is a completely achievable goal of human civilization, when its existence is at stake.

But there is also the other side of the coin – you can do nothing and trust the natural course of events, constantly interfering with it with your clumsy technologies. Then, most likely, during one turn of the spiral during the movement of the solar system around the axis of the galactic circle, humanity will disappear and be reborn again on the same planet. But already in changed environmental conditions and with a certain mutation. If it does not disappear completely in the coming cataclysms of space. The choice is ours, but this requires going through a difficult path of awareness, understanding and knowledge. Which, unfortunately, may never happen.
